Access denied signs also flash at some sites because of security issues. People also get stuck up with the access denied sign when they click in a textbox and the reason lies in the forms on the parent page. The java script cannot read or write random text files on the local server and it also cannot change the current browser window.
Usually people don't have error problems when they work from their computer a problem arises when they access the program through another computer. Some people often worry when their browser runs in code X and not in browser Y. The scripting and object models of today's browsers are far more complex than the early ones. Emailing forms was surely easier on the early browsers and now it is no longer that easy. And these days you can miss too many users because the setup is such that they are not assembled in an ideal way. And so it is better to search the Web for a send mail service which certainly does the re-mail in a better way.
We should be careful while closing the window as a script in a main window only closes sub windows. The security mechanism always displays the user's confirmation before allowing the close method to complete its task and we would have less to worry about access denied flashes.
